The MY series argon purifier developed, researched, and produced by Beijing Ying'an Meicheng Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd. is designed to achieve high-purity argon (99.9999%) after ordinary argon purification. It is mainly used for direct reading spectrometer, ICP (plasma emission spectroscopy), mass spectrometer, chromatography (gas/liquid phase), melting furnace argon blowing system, silicon industry protection gas, high-purity blowing and other industries to provide high-purity argon transportation.
